Coaching is a conversation like no other.

Belinda  has a powerful proven framework that she leverages with her experience and strong sense of discernment that can truly change your future.  She will work with you to review and recalibrate your inner world with the intention of empowering you to move forward in your life from where you are to where you want to be. 

Herself's coaching process helps to close this gap by working with clients to train them to "intentionally think about their thinking."

Herself is a coaching framework for women. It's based on the success and evidence of the I-Myself program that was created for young people and has been proven effective by the changed lives of many young people. it has been recognised by the Education department via Belinda's selection in the Public Education Awards in 2019 . I-Myself was also successful as a semi finalist in the South Australian Achievement Awards in 2020.  

The Herself Coaching Framework will lead you through a recalibration process  exploring your inner world. You'll discover what is impacting on your Self-Equity.  Working through a Perma+ and Neuroscience  lens  that examines  your strengths, emotional intelligence, wellbeing, personal values, beliefs, lifestyle, behaviours and habits you will be empowered to clear the liabilities an debts and secure growth as you create credits and multiply assets. Using a variety of interactive and creative exercises the program works to empower your sense of worthiness.

Online 1:1 Coaching 

Belinda delivers the framework in face to face coaching with local women as well as via online appointments to women in other states and regions.

Once a week via FaceTime, Messenger or zoom you can enjoy the one to one input anywhere in the world in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

One of Belinda's clients described this online coaching as a kin to

Face to Face 1:1 Coaching 

Belinda offer's face to face coaching in a private space in the city centre.  In a hour a week you'll  recalibrate your inner world, reviewing your intrinsic motivations, strengths, values and beliefs through a PERMA+ and Neuroscience lens.

PERMA+ carries within its framework concepts for individual action to build wellbeing. The use of PERMA + (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment PLUS Optimism, Resilience, Physical Activity, Nutrition and Sleep) is an accepted framework for a mentally healthy society in Australia.
