I-Myself's thought framework has gained significant recognition with proven results & evidence of success.
"I used to think maybe I shouldn't even be alive but after doing the I-Myself program with Belinda I now understand that I have value as a individual, the same value as my friends around me have also. " RM
I-Myself is an interactive thought program that is delivered
As a classroom based program that connects with primary health education curriculum for year 5 and 6.
As a personalised face to face coaching & mentoring program for young people or adults
In interactive life groups created to suit specific demographics i.e. groups of year 5 boys, group of women who are widows or divorcees.
I-Myself takes basic financial concepts transposing them into concepts for building and evaluating self worth, self esteem and self confidence under the term 'self-equity.' It explores the relational and personal processes of our thoughts, self talk, self beliefs, emotions and habits and how these structure our own self-perceptions.
It is a ‘booster' program that is set to counteract the negative peer pressure , social media and societal pressures that cause young people to ask "Am I enough?"
I-Myself has been delivered in these different contexts with young people and over the past 18 months with extremely effective results being both measured and anecdotal.
I am honoured (and frankly amazed) to let you know that I have been shortlisted for Pro Bono Australia’s 2019 Impact 25 Awards. which recognise individuals who are working to solve today’s greatest challenges through integrity, foresight, initiative and collaboration. Out of 430 nominations I'm shorted listed in the top 150. The public are encouraged to vote for someone whom they believe gives their days to influencing, advocating and collaborating for the good of others, striving daily and bravely to make a positive impact on their communities.
These awards provide an important platform to promote awareness and advocacy for the causes and communities that the winners represent.
It’s for this reason I am reaching out to you to ask for your vote and to ask you to share with your other networks. As unlikely as it seems that it could be achieved, to be named top 25 in Australia for this prestigious Award would be a triumph not just for me but for local district/community . For this to be even remotely possible I need votes. Voting closes 12 February.
